The Kendrick Castillo Memorial Committee is requesting proposals for an outdoor public art sculpture to be placed at Civic Green Park in Highlands Ranch, Colo., in memory of Kendrick Castillo who died in a school shooting while protecting others. Artists are asked to submit design concepts by Dec. 9, 2022.
